RIM Industries
[edit]Re. "From 1980 to 1982, he was director of marketing for Rim Industries in Jerusalem.[29]"
How could he work for RIM Industries in 1980, when it wasn't founded until 1984? Or is it a different RIM Industries. Please clarify in the text, and link it to a page on 'RIM Industries'.

ICC issued arrest warrants
[edit]The International Criminal Court (ICC) issued arrest warrants in November 2024 for Benjamin Netanyahu for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza. How come this is not mentioned in the article? 46.31.112.221 (talk) 10:09, 18 March 2025 (UTC)
- It is. Note that IP users aren't permitted to edit in this topic area, I will post information about this on your user talk page. 331dot (talk) 10:11, 18 March 2025 (UTC)
- The sentence "The International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant in November 2024 for Netanyahu along with former defense minister Yoav Gallant and Hamas militant Mohammed Deif, for alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity as part of the ICC investigation in Palestine." is included in the article. 1101 (talk) 11:16, 18 March 2025 (UTC)
It must have slipped my quick search. Thanks for the info. 46.31.112.213 (talk) 10:10, 19 March 2025 (UTC)
This fact should have its own self titled section dedicated to the official designation as accused War Criminal by the ICC, not a singular sentence, as it is arguably one of the most important contemporary developments in his public life- especially within the current context of the ongoing genocide in Gaza. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 204.58.180.206 (talk) 15:10, 18 April 2025 (UTC)

The sentence in the third leading paragraph "Netanyahu directed an invasion of Syria against the Syrian opposition." is factually inaccurate. Change Syrian opposition to the new Syrian government as it's not the opposition anymore. Thirurang Cherusskutty (talk) 05:41, 25 March 2025 (UTC)
Not done: At the time that invasion began, the Syrian opposition was still known by that name. The Syrian transitional government seems to have began on 10 December 2024, while Netanyahu's invasion began on 8 December 2024. 1101 (talk) 05:50, 29 March 2025 (UTC)
Wasn't he born with the last name Mileikowsky?
[edit]He was born with last name Mileikowsky, and changed it to a made up name. 2600:1700:86A0:5A10:A98A:373A:12CA:4B9E (talk) 03:19, 27 March 2025 (UTC)
- Read the section "Early life and military career". Zerotalk 03:42, 27 March 2025 (UTC)
- Trans people get their dead names posted at the top of their articles and it's hidden for these settlers. Wikipedia isnt a real source, remember that. 2600:387:F:601A:0:0:0:3 (talk) 05:42, 29 March 2025 (UTC)
- That's great but Netanyahu never used the surname Mielkowski, his father changed his own surname in 1920, 29 years before Netanyahu's birth (see Benzion Netanyahu). Totalstgamer (talk) 10:21, 29 March 2025 (UTC)

Benjamin Netanyahu was born in Warsaw, Poland.
He was not born in Tel Aviv. 208.64.173.5 (talk) 00:18, 20 April 2025 (UTC)
Not done Please provide a source for your claim. I would be surprised if the birthplace of a visible world leader had been incorrect this long. 331dot (talk) 00:22, 20 April 2025 (UTC)
Edit War / Netanyahu's Authoritarianism
[edit]@ArtemisiaGentileschiFan, GreatLeader1945, and PrimalMustelid: Since i think something productive can come out of this dispute, i'd like to try airing these issues out before this goes to ANI. Would attributing the statements regarding authoritarianism to some variation of opposiitoin politicians and researchers in the field be acceptable to you? I think the issue regarding authoritarianism clearly warrants mention but it needs more WP:NPOV phrasing. I'd also propose similar attribution-related changes to the part regarding the blaming of the leftist deep state to netanyahu (per the video he published a month ago + other statements) and the part regarding far-right politicians. What do you all think? Totalstgamer (talk) 18:21, 27 April 2025 (UTC)
